Hello, you wonderfully chaotic and creative soul,

Are you sometimes overwhelmed by the simplest things of everyday life, overstimulated, restless, or unfocused? You misplace your keys and have to think about what day of the week it is while you forget the time and space around you when doing things you enjoy.
These could be signals for ADHD.

Does this sound familiar to you?

Your time is flying by

You watch as the years go by, your environment continues to evolve, and you are not yet where you want to be.

Unfinished Projects:

You’re good at starting projects, but the pile of started projects keeps growing and bugging you!

You put yourself last

You always help others first and end up empty-handed yourself.

Self-criticism without end

You know you are meant for more, and you constantly blame yourself for not making it.

Finally, use your potential - Now!

About me

HI, I’m Alex, and I noticed pretty early that I tick differently than my environment, which likes to call me sometimes “chaos princess on the chaos planet.”

I have acquired a lot of knowledge and routines throughout my life, initially deepened my passion for processes and structures in a business degree, and turned my interest in personal development into a profession. Looking back, I understand that this is how I kept unconsciously seeking solutions and ways to tame the chaos and 25,000+ thoughts in my head.

Today, I have been working as a career and exam coach at Goethe University Frankfurt for 15 years and support students and graduates in their transition from studies to professional life.

Providing Orientation

Developing Goals

Recognizing Potenzials

That is the motto of my work, and I deliberately set strong accents against doom and gloom. My ADHD diagnosis in 2021 was the missing piece of the puzzle... and in retrospect, I have understood so much in my life!

My Vision

I want to educate, support, and empower women with ADHD to make good choices for themselves. I want to inform women with ADHD and, at the same time, invite them to find creative solutions and look differently at this “so-called disorder” and transform all that shame and trauma.

Let’s do this together instead of alone.

Do you feel like going on a journey of discovery about yourself and your superpowers?
ADHD is not just about being late all the time and not knowing where your cell phone or keys are or what day of the week it is.

I’m glad you’re here! Together we are strong!

Yours,
